Gregory Hugh has been researching for a long time on the solution to power being misused, in essence discovering that the accumulation of it in fewer hands is the fastest way to ensure its misuse.
So the solution is simple in theory, rebuild the current structure SMALLER, where instead of having 1 centralised authority ruling over the country, each of those streets, suburbs, cities, regions need to organise individually to prevent power from traveling up the hierarchy.
